Kim Baich, JD
Kim is a highly creative, versatile, and results-driven executive who delivers value through collaborative leadership within diverse organizations. She is a respected thought leader and strategic thinker with keen analytical capability and an inclusive approach to drive equitable outcomes. She is also a known consensus builder and tenacious problem solver who communicates, engages, and coalesces across all levels to improve organizational culture with lasting impact. Currently, Kim serves as the Chief Diversity and Health Equity Officer for the PAN Foundation and is responsible for working across PAN to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and a sense of belonging in all that PAN does. Prior to her current role, Kim served in various executive leadership roles for the American Diabetes Association, Feed the Children, Good360, and US Foods. Kim has a JD from the Widener University School of Law and a BA in political science from Temple University.
