Kimberly is a seasoned woman in tech + health innovation strategist who currently serves as the Engagement Director for Deloitte Digital. With 20+ years of experience, she applies an entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative leadership style to tackle challenges at start-ups and fortune 500 corporations in the healthcare, wellness, and consumer products industries.

Kimberly is a health innovation strategist with 20+ years of professional experience nurturing client relationships, managing successful projects, and growing customer-centric companies. She has focused the last 6 years on successfully applying her entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative leadership style to tackle challenges at both start-ups and Fortune 500 corporations in the healthcare, wellness, and consumer products industries. Currently, Kimberly is serving as the Engagement Director for Deloitte Digital as part of the firm’s Customer and Marketing Practice. She shapes and leads federal health projects helping clients tackle health engagement and equity challenges by leveraging innovative, design-based solutions. Kimberly previously served in various associate and director roles at Mosaic Health Solutions, Weight Watchers, Booz Allen Hamilton, Peer Insight, Johnson & Johnson, and Accenture. She also holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Business Analytics from the University of Virginia and a BSBA in Business from American University.
